Also as part of last week's agenda for SDB representatives in Brasília, Carlos Pedrotti, president, and Wislas Sousa, coordinator of Government Relations, met with the director of Anvisa, Daniel Meirelles Fernandes Pereira.
In addition to bringing the entity closer together and making the working groups available to the agency, the meeting aimed to discuss important issues in telehealth. Electronic medical records, electronic prescriptions and platforms such as medical devices, as well as how new technological tools can affect a variety of issues related to efficacy, safety, privacy, accessibility and have an impact on medical practice and the health system were among the points discussed.
