Last Wednesday, April 10, Saúde Digital Brasil was present at the public hearing promoted by the Health Commission (CSAUDE) of Chamber of Deputies (@camaradeputados). Highlighting the participation of the Minister of Health, Nisia Trindade Lima (@nisiatrindadelima), the hearing was requested by deputies Célio Silveira (MDB/GO), Dr. Francisco (PT/PI), Silvio Antonio (PL/MA) and by deputy Rosangela Wolff Moro (UNION/SP).
Although the main focus was on the actions of the Ministry of Health (@minsaude) to prevent and combat arboviruses, with emphasis on dengue, several other crucial topics for health were addressed. Regarding digital health policy, Nísia pointed out, in her initial presentation, that it would be one of the main topics and a priority for Brazil in the G20 presidency, as a way to expand access to medical care.
