During this meeting, several pertinent topics were discussed, highlighting the sector's commitment to the evolution and security of health data management in the country.

One of the central themes addressed was the importance of interoperability in health data. The discussion focused on the need to promote the efficient and secure integration of information between different health systems.

Another highlight was the adaptation of the application of legislation to regional and local realities. The regulation of artificial intelligence in healthcare processes was also addressed. The discussion on how to establish ethical and legal guidelines for the use of artificial intelligence in healthcare is crucial to ensuring the safety and trust of patients and professionals involved.

The reconciliation of the Access to Information Law with the General Data Protection Law was a topic of reflection, highlighting the need to balance transparency in public management with the protection of individual privacy, especially when it comes to sensitive data, such as health data.

The sensitivity and impacts of personal data on health were addressed in depth, in addition to the challenges for the advancement of digital health in Brazil, considering aspects such as infrastructure and professional training. The collaboration between the various sectors involved reinforces the importance of an integrated approach to build a safe, efficient and patient-centered digital health ecosystem.
