Electronic health and dispensing documents

Group dedicated to discussions on good practices, standards, regulations for issuing and the digital journey of electronic health documents, such as reports, examination requests and medical certificates. We also address crucial issues such as digital certification, prescription and electronic dispensing of medicines.

Indicators

Group created to select and analyze the impact of digital health sector indicators, consolidating information that guides the practice of telehealth and telemedicine in the country, as well as transforming the collected data into valuable insights. The group is made up of professionals with experience in data analysis, PhDs and leaders of major healthcare players in Brazil.

Interoperability

Group composed mainly of IT professionals and data managers, where the focus is to develop solutions that allow efficient and secure communication between the various existing electronic medical record systems, with the SUS and Supplementary Health, in order to benefit the entire health chain.

Legal

Focused on mapping and addressing legal and regulatory issues that impact digital health. Responsible for updating members on legislative changes and regulations from professional associations, regulatory agencies and other health sector bodies. The WG also proposes actions, including legal actions, to mitigate risks and ensure greater legal certainty in the sector's operations. Composed of legal managers and lawyers.

Clinical Protocols

A group of healthcare professionals with the mission of ensuring that digital healthcare is practiced with the highest quality, with effective and ethical care for all patients. The WG seeks to define the best care practices, focusing on crucial aspects such as informed consent, limits on remote work, among other guidelines.

Mental health

It brings together major players that provide telepsychology and telepsychiatry services with a focus on improving mental health care in the digital environment, in order to provide accessible and effective psychological and psychiatric support.

Information Security and Data Protection

It addresses issues related to information and systems security, including electronic medical records, and ensuring compliance with the strictest privacy and data security standards. It also covers issues related to LGPD. The team includes lawyers specialized in LGPD and IT professionals.

Medical Devices

Group created with the aim of promoting the discussion, development and implementation of guidelines and best practices related to the use, integration and regulation of medical devices within the scope of digital health.

Telenursing

Group composed of nursing professionals. The main objective is to discuss, develop and implement best practices and specific guidelines for telenursing, ensuring quality and safe care in the digital environment.
